Richard A. Penney has been President of Viscom Systems since 1988. After getting his Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering, he worked in the industry gaining knowledge and connections. He became an instructor for the Joint Apprentice Training Center and taught for 15 years. Richard has his Masters Electricians License: NECA JATC Program in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont and Maine. He is an Honorary Member of the Cambridge Chamber of Commerce, and has been grateful to receive many awards and accolades for his company.

Paul boasts an illustrious career spanning back to 1985, making him the most senior member of our team. His expertise extends to various crucial areas, including project management, thorough oversight of team efforts and a strategic edge in bidding processes. With a remarkable track record, Paul is instrumental in driving project success through his extensive skillset and his ability to set high standards for excellence. Moreover, his involvement in the bidding process ensures our competitive edge in securing contracts. Beyond his managerial and strategic roles, Paul’s dedication to our team's development and his significant contributions have been integral to our continued success. 

David, a seasoned professional, has been a vital part of Viscom Systems since 1990, making him one of our most senior team members. In his role as a Project Manager, he leverages his extensive experience to meticulously plan and execute projects. David excels in delivering exceptional results. He brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table, which is indispensable in ensuring the efficient planning and execution of projects. His diligent attention to detail and ability to navigate complex challenges make him a cornerstone of our project management team. David's unwavering dedication and expertise have been instrumental in upholding our reputation for excellence and reliability. 

Adam has been working at Viscom since 2001. His duties have included Management and Installations of Network cabling, Security Systems, Soundmasking and Audio Visual from the bid process to the installation of all hardware and cabling, servicing and maintaining customers beyond the construction phase and working with national Telecommunications Installers to maintain and service all aspects of cabling and connectivity from ATMs to Power Distribution companies.

Current responsibilities include sales, estimating, project management, billing, project closeout, purchasing and hiring of field employees.

Scott Started with Viscom in November 2002. He's a Project Manager with 30 years of multi-discipline experience- a “Swiss-Army Knife” in the industry. He is a Licensed Journeyman Electrician with industry experience ranging across commercial, industrial, medical, financial, education and critical infrastructure environments. Some of his skill sets include complex software and hardware systems integration, diagnostics, installation, repair, maintenance, consultation and design of electrical, telecommunications, networking and security systems.

Lilit's professional journey has been marked by a commitment to excellence. After graduating from Suffolk University’s business school with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration for Accounting and a Master in Business Administration for Strategic Management, Lilit has continued to expand her skillset through becoming a licensed Certified Public Accountant with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Since 2010, Lilit has played several pivotal roles across a spectrum of companies in the greater Boston area; as one of many highlights of her career, she contributed her financial insight to a public healthcare company with sales exceeding $20 billion, showcasing her ability to navigate and excel in complex and dynamic business environments. Today, Lilit's comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, combined with her strategic management skills, positions her as a key figure in maintaining the financial health and integrity of Viscom Systems.

Matthew has been a valued member of the Viscom Systems team since 2006. Matthew's expertise in CAD Drawing and Estimating is instrumental in the preparation and submission of bids, ensuring our competitive edge in securing projects. His attention to detail and precision are invaluable assets in this process, leading to successful project acquisition. During the closeout phase of projects, Matthew's contributions are vital in ensuring the seamless and efficient conclusion of our endeavors. His dedication to quality and thoroughness guarantees that our projects are completed with precision and meet the highest standards. Outside of the office, Matthew displays the same commitment and dedication to community and safety that make him an invaluable member of the Viscom System's team. 

Kaleigh brings a fresh perspective to our team, joining after her recent graduation from Fordham University with Bachelor of Science degrees in both Physics Engineering and English. She's a versatile professional with an impressive array of skills and contributions that make her an integral part of our projects. In her role, Kaleigh assists project management, meticulously reviews CAD drawings, creates precision CAD drawings, helps prepare bids, assembles comprehensive submittals, manages change orders from intake to comparison, conducts precise take-offs, and much more. Her multi-faceted talents ensure the seamless execution of our projects and the delivery of top-notch security solutions.

Elvira has been an essential part of the Viscom Systems team since 2016. Elvira manages all facets of financial responsibilities with careful precision, being in charge of all aspects of both the Accounts Payable and Payroll departments. Elvira's Master of Science Degree in Accounting equips her with the knowledge and expertise needed to excel in her financial management roles. She ensures the seamless flow of payments and maintains the accuracy of payroll, demonstrating her commitment to maintaining the financial stability and integrity of our organization. Elvira's extensive expertise and leadership in managing these departments continue to be invaluable assets for Viscom Systems. 

Ani began as an intern at Viscom Systems in 2020 and returned in 2023 in a promoted role as Staff Accountant position she currently holds. She graduated from Suffolk University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration for Accounting. Ani possesses fresh knowledge in the accounting field, daily handling of financial tasks and an overarching view of accounting standards which will encourage Viscom’s ongoing financial growth. Ani’s commitment and dedication contributes to a positive team culture leading to greater productivity and success. Ani is a true example of Viscom investing in their employees and their career goals, helping her strive to the next step in her career.  

Alfred has been working at Viscom since 2013. He provides materials, equipment, and supplies by directing receiving, warehousing, and distribution services; supervising staff. He maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement. Alfred maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. He also controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts.

Elyse graduated summa cum laude from Rhode Island College with a B.A. in Psychology and was a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and Psi Chi Honor Society. She has been working at Viscom since 2018. With her organizational skills and attention to detail,  Elyse works in the Accounting Department and assists with Accounts Receivables. She works with the Financial Controller to generate various detailed AR reports and is a vital part of collections. When people call or email our company, it is often that Elyse that will assist in answering or connecting everyone to the right place. She helps welcome and onboard new employee and maintains renewals and certifications. Elyse is ever looking out for ways to organize and streamline processes to make things run more efficiently and effectively. This website is her handiwork.
